Kempner is a small Lampasas County town on US-190 (I-14) west of Copperas Cove, and when a phone screen breaks or a laptop stops booting out there, the nearest repair options usually mean a drive east. Our shop is in Killeen at 3921 East Stan Schlueter Loop, Ste 103, and every repair is done at that one location. We do not have a shop in Kempner, but we are set up to make the trip worthwhile.
Getting here from Kempner
From Kempner, take US-190 east through Copperas Cove and along the south edge of Fort Hood into Killeen. Once you reach Killeen, head south toward Stan Schlueter Loop; our suite is on the south side of town. If you live out on FM 2808 or the ranch roads around Kempner, add that to your drive time. Open directions in Google Maps before leaving so you get the best route for current traffic.
Call ahead and make it one trip
Kempner is the longest drive of the towns we commonly see, so we recommend calling 254-213-5522 first. We can check whether the part for your model is in stock, and if it needs to be ordered we will tell you before you make the trip. Many iPhone screen and battery repairs are done during the same visit when the part is here, so you can grab lunch in Killeen and pick it up. Hours are Monday to Friday 10 AM to 6 PM and Saturday 10 AM to 5 PM, and walk-ins are welcome.
