PS5 not turning on, or Xbox won't turn on?
Power issues are one of the console repairs we do. A console that will not power on can have a failed power supply, a bad power connection or a fault on the board. The free diagnostic tells you which, and what the fix costs, before any work starts.
PS5 blue light of death, PS4 white light or safe mode loop?
A PS5 stuck on a pulsing blue light, or a PS4 that shows a white light with no picture or keeps booting into safe mode, can come from the HDMI port, power, storage or software. Bring it in for a free diagnostic and we will tell you what is wrong and whether it can be repaired.
Console on, but no signal or no video on the TV?

Disc drive not reading, disc stuck, or won't eject?
