Crashed your drone?
We repair crash damage on DJI and other camera drones. Bring the drone, its batteries and the controller in for a free diagnostic; we check the arms, gimbal, camera and motors and quote the repair before any work starts.
Broken or bent drone arm, or damaged propellers?
We repair bent and broken arms and replace propellers on DJI and other camera drones. Do not fly on a cracked arm or chipped propeller; bring it in and we will quote the fix.
Gimbal error, gimbal overload or shaky video?
We repair drone gimbals. A gimbal overload message, a tilted horizon or shaky, jittery video after a crash usually means the gimbal was knocked or damaged. The free diagnostic tells you what it needs.
Drone camera blurry, black or not recording?
We repair drone cameras. A blurry, black or frozen picture can come from the camera, the gimbal or its cable; the free diagnostic finds which before you pay for a repair.
Motor not spinning, grinding or overheating?
We repair drone motors. A motor that will not spin up, grinds, or throws a motor error after a crash can be the motor itself or the board that drives it. We check it during the free diagnostic.
IMU or compass calibration error that won't clear?
Try calibrating in the app away from metal and buildings first. If the IMU or compass error keeps coming back, especially after a crash, bring the drone in for a free diagnostic.
Drone won't take off?
A drone that powers on but will not take off can have a calibration error, a weak battery, a motor fault or crash damage. The free diagnostic finds the cause before any work starts.
No live video in the app, or the video feed keeps dropping?
Losing the live view can come from the camera, its cable, the drone's antennas or the controller link. Bring the drone and controller in together for a free diagnostic.
Drone battery won't charge or is swollen?
Drone batteries are part of what we repair. Stop charging a swollen battery and do not fly it. Bring it in with the charger and we will check it during the free diagnostic.
Remote controller won't connect or link?
We repair drone remote controllers. If the controller will not link, drops the connection or has a broken stick, bring it in with the drone for a free diagnostic.
Firmware update failed or stuck?
A firmware update that failed or froze can leave a drone or controller unresponsive. Bring both in for a free diagnostic and we will tell you what can be done.
Drone landed in water?
Take the battery out right away and do not try to power the drone back on. Bring it in as soon as you can for a free diagnostic; we will tell you what can be done before any work starts.
