Quick fixes that fit around duty hours
Most iPhone screen jobs take under an hour when the part is in stock, so you can drop off and wait or come back the same afternoon. We use high quality screens and parts. Samsung and other Android parts are usually ordered and take about 3 business days. We are open Monday to Friday 9am to 7pm and Saturday 10am to 5pm.

PCS move coming up?
If you are moving soon, tell us your date when you drop off. We will tell you up front whether the part is in stock and how long the repair will take, so you are not leaving town without your device.
Before you clear quarters, work through our Fort Hood PCS device checklist: back up phones and laptops, check that two-step verification will still reach you after a number change, and fix weak batteries or cracked screens while you still have time here.
Price and warranty
Free diagnostic; if we cannot fix it there is no charge. 90-day warranty on parts and labor. You pay on pickup. Military discount available — ask at the counter. See the price list.
Heading to the field or deploying?
Phones and laptops matter even more when a soldier is away. Our guide to deployment and field-time device prep covers the Army's social media safety guidance on geotagging and posting, backups, two-step verification, and setting up the family at home. If a device breaks while your soldier is away, a spouse or family member can drop it off. Bring the passcode if you're comfortable sharing it so we can test the repair, and check your repair status online.

Not sure what's broken?
