Which iPhone 11 do you have?
The three phones look alike, and the price depends on the exact model, so check before you come in. Apple's Identify your iPhone model page lists each one:
- iPhone 11: 6.1-inch Liquid Retina display, aluminum band, two cameras on the back. US model number A2111.
- iPhone 11 Pro: 5.8-inch Super Retina XDR display, stainless steel band, three cameras on the back. US model number A2160.
- iPhone 11 Pro Max: 6.5-inch Super Retina XDR display, stainless steel band, three cameras on the back. US model number A2161.

These are general signs that the screen, not the whole phone, needs attention:

- Black screen, but the phone still rings or vibrates. That usually points to a damaged display rather than a dead phone.
