What affects the price
See current prices on our price list. Not sure which iPad you have? Look in Settings > General > About, or bring it in.
iPads not on the list. Other iPads and tablets, including iPad Pro and Samsung Galaxy Tab models, are quoted after a free diagnostic, and you get the price before any work starts.
Touch problems. On many iPads the touch layer, called the digitizer, is part of the glass. If touch isn't working or the screen ghost-touches, the free diagnostic tells you whether a screen replacement fixes it.
Other repairs. iPad batteries are quoted in the shop after a free diagnostic. If the iPad also won't charge, try another cable and adapter first, then bring it in with the charger.

What to expect, step by step
- Walk in. No appointment needed: Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm, Saturday 10am to 5pm.
- Free diagnostic. We check the screen, touch and anything else the drop may have damaged.
- Your price. For the iPad 5 through iPad 11 it's the listed starting price for your model; other iPads are quoted. You get the price before any work starts.
- You decide. If you say no, you pay nothing for the diagnostic.
- Repair and pickup. You pay on pickup, and the repair comes with a 90-day warranty on parts and labor.
If we cannot fix it, there is no charge.

Bring it to 3921 East Stan Schlueter Loop, Ste 103, Killeen, TX 76542, Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm or Saturday 10am to 5pm (Sunday closed). Walk-ins are welcome, the diagnostic is free, if we cannot fix it there is no charge, and you pay on pickup. Military discount for service members and veterans, including Fort Hood. Se habla español.
