Desktop computer won't power on?
No-power problems are one of the desktop repairs we do. It can be the power supply, a loose connection, the power button or the motherboard; the free diagnostic tells you which, and what it costs, before any work starts.
PC running slow?
Slow machines are a common fix. Depending on the cause, that can mean virus removal, an operating system reinstall or a parts upgrade, and we tell you what is worth fixing before you spend.
Blue screen of death or random restarts?
A blue screen (BSOD), freezing or random restarts on a Windows PC can come from software, drivers, a failing drive or memory, or overheating. The free diagnostic finds the cause, and we quote the fix before any work starts.
Want to upgrade your PC?

Virus, malware or pop-ups?
Virus removal is one of our computer services. Pop-ups, a hijacked browser, fake warnings or a sudden slowdown can all be signs of malware; bring the PC in for a free diagnostic.

We do operating system reinstalls on all makes, at the flat $85 labor rate, tax included.
Need files recovered from a dead PC or hard drive?
Data recovery is quoted in the shop after a free diagnostic, because what can be recovered depends on the drive and the damage. Stop using the computer until it is checked.
Power supply failed, or the PC shuts off under load?
A desktop that clicks, smells hot, shuts off when you start a game or will not power on at all may have a failing power supply. We test it during the free diagnostic and quote the fix.
Desktop overheating or fans running loud?
Overheating is one of the computer repairs we do. A PC that runs hot, gets loud or shuts off under load gets a free diagnostic to find the cause first.
Computer on, but no display or no signal?
If the fans spin but the monitor shows no signal, it can be the cable, the monitor, the graphics card, memory or the board. Bring the tower in, with the monitor if you can, for a free diagnostic.
