How much does a repair cost?
Starting prices for common repairs (iPhone and iPad screens, batteries, charging ports, laptop screens, MacBook batteries and console HDMI ports) are on our price list. Prices include sales tax. The final price is confirmed at the shop after a free diagnostic, before any work starts.
Is the diagnostic free?
Yes. Diagnostics are free, and if we cannot fix your device there is no charge.
How long does a phone screen repair take?
Most phone screen jobs take under an hour when the part is in stock.
Can you repair my phone the same day?
Usually, if we have the part. Most phone screen jobs are done in under an hour when the part is in stock. We do not keep a full Android parts inventory, so Samsung and other Android parts jobs typically take about 3 business days.
What warranty do you give?
Repairs come with a 90-day warranty on parts and labor, covering the part we replaced. The warranty does not cover physical damage or water damage.
Do you fix water-damaged devices?
Yes, water damage is everyday work for us. Bring the device in for a free diagnostic and we will tell you what can be done and what it costs. Water damage is not covered by the 90-day warranty.
Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome during open hours: Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm and Saturday 10am to 5pm. We are closed on Sunday.
When do I pay?
You pay when you pick up your device. For Samsung and other Android parts we may need to order, we ask for a deposit first.
What payment do you accept?
We accept cash only, and there is an ATM on site. Cash is due when you pick up your device, and for any deposit on parts we order.
How much is laptop repair labor?
Laptop and computer labor is a flat $85, tax included, plus parts. Please bring your charger with the laptop if you have it.

iPhones, Samsung and other Android phones, iPads and tablets, MacBooks and Windows laptops, desktops, PlayStation and Xbox consoles and controllers, and drones.
